Ok so here is my hot tip for those that do not want to upset their digestion, blow holes in their gut and take toxic medication like Panadol / Tylenol  and antibiotics.

Ingredients

5 large knobs of Turmeric, which I juiced – divine (but wear gloves and cover the kitchen counter as it stains)

or 2 table spoons of Turmeric powder ( fresh is best for better absorption too)

1/2 teaspoon of pepper to assimilate the Turmeric

1 Grated zest of a Lemon

4 heaped table spoons of Manuka or local honey

2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar

OPTIONAL

and 1 Tbsp. of Camu Camu powder ( the highest form of Vitamin C in the world)

Mix it all up and put in a bottle.

Drink a teaspoon every hour on the first day, then 1/2 a tsp every hour on the second day and the last day 1 tsp every 3 hours.
